"Angel Elixir", written and produced by Dylan Elliot, is an audio-visual collaboration that evolved into a story about love gone wrong. The process of production, which involved 3d animation, vfx, creative coding, and compositing, eventually inspired the running narrative of the video, which compares the modern relationship to a corrupted data file. 

 
 
 

Generative distortion was an experimental technique that became a pivotal part of the editing process.

Screens and water were often portrayed in the film as opposing forces, illustrating how emotional matters can complicate a digital union and cause illusions to arise.
